Pricing: Trident Financial Coaching LLC offers financial coaching services that may be purchased in packages. Users are responsible for scheduling sessions within the valid period outlined in their purchase agreement. The prices of these services can be found on the website and include all applicable taxes and fees.

Rescheduling, Cancellations, and No-Shows: You can cancel and reschedule anytime without immediate repercussion. However, please attempt to provide notice of cancellation and/or at rescheduling at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Repeated failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the purchased service(s) and the paid deposit at the discretion of Trident Financial Coaching LLC. No-shows may immediately result in the forfeiture of the missed session and the paid deposit. A session is considered a No-Show once 15 minutes from the beginning of the session has passed without communication.

Payments and Refunds: All payments and refunds are processed via a third party servicer. Refunds for cancellations made in compliance with the Rescheduling, Cancellation, and No-Shows policy are available. Fees for sessions rescheduled, cancelled, or no-showed without sufficient notice are not eligible for a refund.
